This error usually indicates that the service is unavailable. However, please try each of the following to verify your connectivity / set-up:
  1. Ensure Internet connectivity is present by visiting another website, such as www.blackbaud.com
  2. Access the files server directly by entering your Blackbaud Hosting Services URL.
  3. Exit and sign out out of all hosted applications and hosting. Close the web browsers. Then log back into applications and try the hosting files server again in previous step.
  4. Reboot workstation and follow previous step.
