- Ensure Internet connectivity is present by visiting another website, such as www.blackbaud.com
- Access the files server directly by entering your Blackbaud Hosting Services URL.
- Exit and sign out out of all hosted applications and hosting. Close the web browsers. Then log back into applications and try the hosting files server again in previous step.
- Reboot workstation and follow previous step.
