When users work in CRM, they receive the following two messages intermittently:
Your server connection may have been temporarily lost. You may need to click the refresh button or log in to the application again.
The section could not be loaded. Unable to connect to database 'BBInfinity'. The error was: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server) Verify the following information: 1. The item in the web.config <connectionStrings> section named 'BBInfinity' is a valid connectionstring. 2. The account that the web service is running under is a member of the BBAPPFXSERVICEROLE database role in the database specified in the connection string. 3. The SQLServer service is running on the server indicated in the connection string. 4. The max pool size is set correctly in the connection string for this server. The current setting is max pool size=250
