You will need to set up an Advanced Confirmation and add the organization/user(s) email address to the "Send Copy of Email To" field

  1. Go to Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends > Kintera Thon
  2. Find your event
  3. Hover over the event name and select Website Info
  4. Click "Event Text
  5. Scroll down the page until you get to the section labeled: "Simple Confirmation Setup"
  6. Click the blue link to the right that says: "Advanced Confirmation  Setup"
  7. Mark the button labeled: "Use Advanced Confirmation Setup"
  8. Click "Edit" beside "Volunteer Registration Confirmation"
  9. In the window that opens, mark the button labeled: "Use Customized Text"
  10. Click "Edit Email"
  11. Enter a "Subject Line" ,  "Reply to" address,  "From Name" and "From Email" address
  12. Enter the address of the person(s) to receive a copy of the confirmation in the "Send Copy of Email To" field 
  13. Click "Load Default Email" by the "Save" button to load the default confirmation text
  14. Customize the email as needed
  15. When you are satisfied with the email, mark the "Text" button just below where it says "Send Copy of Email to"
  16. Click the link labeled "Convert HTML to Text"
  17. Click "OK" in the pop-up that says "Your changes in Text will be lost after converting HTML to Text. Do you want to continue?"
  18. Click "Save"
  19. Close the editor
  20. Go back to the Website Creation Checklist and click the green button labeled "Publish This Event Now"
