1. In Mail> Forms> Transcripts, open the affected transcript parameter
  2. Select the Details tab and open the Academic Summary section
  3. Select the Columns tab
  4. Open the each attendance column and make note of the column settings
  5. Highlight and delete each attendance column
  6. Click OK to close the Academic Summary section
  7. Select File, Save at the top of the transcript
  8. Select the Details tab and open the Academic Summary section
  9. Select the Columns tab
  10. Add the attendance columns back with the same settings noted in step 4
  11. Click OK to close the Academic Summary section
  12. Select File, Save at the top of the transcript
  13. Preview or print the transcript
