Unable to view the Validation report for uncommitted Membership Dues batches when in webshell

From the Membership functional area, users can select the “Enter Membership Dues” task, which takes them directly to a batch entry area for membership dues. While on the batch entry page the Validation report button is disabled and the report cannot be viewed.

This feature works in the SmartClient.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
