The Add users to NetCommunity task scheduler feature is not available for use when NetCommunity or Education Edge is hosted by Blackbaud. Although the option is visible within the plugin, it is not available for use. Our product development team is reviewing options to remove the visibility completely.
The utility must be manually run.
If your organization hosts both NetCommunity and Education Edge locally, you may be able to set the schedule on the Raiser's Edge Web Server by following these steps. Any issues that arise from scheduling this locally, outside of Blackbaud's hosted environment, must be addressed by an IT resource as this schedule utilizes Windows Scheduling.
