1. Check The Raiser's Edge Phone Type Mapping
  2. Select Administration, Sites & Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom.
  4. Check the Email field and change it if appropriate.
  5. If you made any changes, click Save at the top
  6. If you don't see it in here, or it is still not sending properly, check the following inside of Raiser's Edge:
    (a) In The Raiser's Edge, go to Config > Tables
    (b) Click on Phone Types
    (c) Click on the field you want to change and click Open
    (d) Select the correct phone number type. Click 'Ok' to save
    (e) Go back to NetCommunity: Click Administration > Code Tables > click Refresh Code Tables (Green button in the top left)
