The first point to keep in mind is that the 'Active Detail' field is only relevant for Constituent records where the 'Active Status' field equals 'Active'.
  • 'Unknown to Contact' applies when the system has no indication that the Constituent knowns about their user account.
  • 'Known to Contact' applies when the Constituent has received an email indicating that they have an account but they have never viewed their profile.
  • 'Accepted by Contact' applies when the Constituent has accessed their profile but they haven't made any changes
  • 'Registered Contact' applies when the Constituent has changed/updated their profile. This also applies when the Constituent record was created as a result of a self registration.
