Administrative notifications can be setup to generate when a constituent makes a gift that meets large gift criteria. They can be setup from the Donation Campaign level.
  1. Navigate to Fundraising > Donation Management
  2. On the Campaigns tab, enter the name of the Donation Campaign
  3. Click Search
  4. Click Edit under the Actions column
  5. Select Specify Groups and Notifications on the left hand navigation menu
  6. Mark the checkbox under Large Gifts:
  7. Enter a value for the Large gift amount field
  8. Enter the email addresses of the administrators who would like to receive the notifications under the Large gift notification list:
  9. Click Save
Note: For sustaining gifts you will receive a notification when the gift is initially setup, but you will not receive notifications when each installment is processed.
