Configure a task to populate an engagement factor field for email opens. How can I determine which constituents have taken a specific action over a specific period of time? Then create a query based the engagement factor field.
  1. Data Management > select Query
  2. Create a New Query
  3. Specify the name, description and Security Category and click Save
  4. Click the dropdown menu next to Field Type and select Transaction Information
  5. Click the dropdown menu next to Field and select the Engagement Factor field that you populated using the task
  6. Click Add Field Clause
  7. In the popup window, select the option that makes the most sense for your goals. For example, if you want to identify all constituents that opened at least 1 email, then you would select Greater Than and type in a value of 1 next to Current Value.
  8. Click Save
  9. Click Save Query
  10. Click Run Query at the bottom-right corner
