We have a report or import that seems to have been running for some time now. Is there a way to stop this report?
You may encounter a Luminate Online task taking a long time to complete. This may include:
If this occurs, please contact Support and provide the following information
What kind of task was running (report, query, import, etc)
The name of the task
When it was started
Approximately how long it has been running
Support will evaluate what is causing the delay in the task and pursue options to confirm the task is still running and potentially stop it. Please note that if you have a task that is stalled, please do not re-queue the task or create additional similar tasks. This can potentially cause additional slow downs and delays.
