Users of the Raiser's Edge Mobile app may encounter this error message, "Not Found", at certain times. However, users are able to access the app at other times. This happens when The Raiser's Edge and The Raiser's Edge Mobile Service are hosted by the customer/installed locally.
Review the power settings / power plan for the server or workstation where the Mobile Service is installed. A server or workstation that enters a low-power state, such as "sleep" or "hibernate", is effectively turned off thus turning off the Mobile Service.
For a Windows server operating system, search the help feature for Power Plan or Power Scheme.
