This error indicates there was a communication issue at the time this message initially tried to sync caused by a disruption in service with Blackbaud Web Services. If you have a local installation of Blackbaud Web Services review this article. The QPM error can be resolved by rebuilding the message. If you are hosted by Blackbaud and see these WebService errors occur on multiple occations please document the QPM errors and contact Support.
