Prospects Without Recent Activity tab in Major Giving Management does not populate for non-administrator users

The Prospects With no Recent Activity tab displays all prospects in the database that have no step activity recorded within the past 90 days. From this tab, users can view plans and prospect records.  However, when any user who is not a system administrator attempts to view this tab, no prospects appear in the list.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
