When attempting to access an account in your database, you receive an error message that says the following.
eTapestry Application Error
Record in use: Currently you are trying to modify/update an item that is being updated by another process and/or User so you are unable to perform the requested function. Once the process is complete you will be able to perform this function normally. If you feel you have received this message in error, please contact customer support.
As intensive update processes can affect other users in your organization, you are strongly encouraged to run these processes when other users are not accessing eTapestry, such as at the end of the day. Note: Once started, you may safely log out of eTapestry and the process will continue unattended.
