CRM user may receive the error message above when entering gifts in an Enhanced Revenue Batch. This error message may occur if the batch template contains revenue attribute fields, and the attribute comment field is not included in the batch layout.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
When including any revenue attribute fields in the batch template, also include the attribute comment field. The attribute comment field can be left blank. If needed, both fields can be left blank during data entry. Just having both fields present in the batch template will prevent the error message from occurring.
