CRM users may use a Revenue Update Batch to update information on an existing recurring gift record. The users may notice that the ‘Next transaction’ date field on the recurring gift record does not reflect the changes entered in the batch. This issue may occur for revenue records that were converted into CRM from another software application.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
Alternative Solution: Manually edit the recurring gift record to update the 'Next transaction" date field.
