Change Password option missing in NetClassroom

When accessing My Settings in NetClassroom the Change Password option is missing.
When Education Edge records are linked to an Online Campus Community user the Change Password option will be missing in NetClassroom.
All passwords need to be managed in OCC if it is in use.

Option 1: Manually reset a user's password
  1. Log into Online Campus Community as a supervisor user
  2. Go to Users & Security and select Users
  3. Search for the user name
  4. Click the pencil icon next to that user name
  5. Enter the user's new password and confirm it
  6. Save
Option 2: Give users the ability to change their own passwords
How can users change their Blackbaud NetCommunity password or change their User ID?
