1. Right-click on the account and select Reset Password. 
  2. Change the password to one that meets the following password requirements: 
    • It cannot contain their first name, last name, or Hosting username
    • It must have 8 characters and meet 3 of these 4 requirements: 
      • One Uppercase letter
      • One Lowercase letter
      • One number (0 - 9)
      • One Special Character (but not a hyphen)
Please note that passwords are Case Sensitive
  1. Right-click on the account and select "Enable Account"
