You can configure a donation form to allow offline donations to be entered by an Admin.
  1. Navigate to Fundraising > Donation Management
  2. Select the All Donation Forms tab
  3. Enter the name of the donation form in the search field
  4. Click Search
  5. Under the Actions column, click Edit
  6. On the left hand navigation pane, select Identify Donation Form
  7. Find the Interaction Mode and select either offline-only or online/offline from the drop down menu
  8. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page
