Open file button is grayed out for media links with a UNC path when working in the web-based application

On the Documentation tab of constituent records, users can enter media links, which are links to websites or other files stored outside of the program.  In the Media URL field on the Add media link form, users may enter a URL, or a UNC path for a shared folder or file location.  Once the Media link is saved, there is an "Open file" button that users can click to open the folder or file specified in the link directly.  This button is available for all website URLs in the Click Once application and the web-based application, as well as any UNC paths in the Click Once application.  However, it is grayed out in the web-based application for media links that use a UNC path.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Workarounds:

1.  Use the Click Once application when accessing media links
2.  In the web-based application, click the Edit button and copy the UNC path, then paste it into Windows Explorer to access the folder or file.
