Changes to these autoresponders can be made through the Autoresponder Center. 

To modify autoresponders related to site registrations, such as Logins and Constituent Profiles:
  1. Setup > Autoresponder Center
  2. Click Edit next to the desired autoresponder
  3. Click Copy next to the most recent or default version
  4. Enter a new name for the autoresponder version
  5. Click Confirm Copy
  6. Make the desired changes
  7. Click Finish
  8. Click Activate to the most recent version to make it the active version

To modify autoresponders related to Luminate applications, such as TeamRaiser or Donation Forms:
  1. Setup > Autoresponder Center
  2. Select the Application Autoresponders tab
  3. Click Edit next to the desired autoresponder
  4. Click Copy next to the most recent or default version
  5. Enter a new name for the autoresponder version
  6. Click Confirm Copy
  7. Make the desired changes
  8. Click Finish
  9. Click Activate to the most recent version to make it the active version
