Form Description text will not update in CMS site

A Form was added to a CMS website, and the text that appears at the top does not go away when removing it from the Description in Form Layout.
The text that appears above the forms when they are added to a CMS website does not come from the Description in Form Options.  To remove or modify the text that appears there, do the following:

1. Go to Communities > Forms > (the type of form you need to modify)
2. Hover over the form name and click Properties
3. In the Description field, remove or edit the text
4. Click Save
5. Go back to the Webinfo Checklist of the form and click Update Your Event Now

-OR-

1. Go to Communities > Forms > (the type of form you need to modify)
2. Hover over the form name and click Website Info
3. Click Form Customization
4. Click Field Order and Label Text
5. Above the form (Form Title) will be a box labeled (Form Description)
6. Remove or edit the text
7. Click Save & Done
8. Go back to the Webinfo Checklist of the form and click Update Your Event Now
