Donated? on the NetCommuntiy tab in the Raisers Edge for emails is not posting conversions

When sending an email to a constituent list with a link to a donation form, recipients who make a donation are not always being marked as "Donated? Yes." 
The email will show as opened and clicked, but does not display that a donation took place, despite the donation being completed in the same name as is listed on the constituent record.

This issue was resolved in the latest version of Blackbaud NetCommunity
Download and install the latest version and patch, if applicable.
