Complete the steps in the order listed below:
  1. Log into The Raiser’s Edge.  The error will appear.  Click OK to continue with logging into The Raiser's Edge.
  2. Log into The Financial Edge.
  3. In The Raiser's Edge, go to Configuration -> General Ledger -> General.
  4. Make sure the server name and database name information is correct for The Financial Edge database that you are integrating with.  If incorrect, then setup integration with the correct Financial Edge database.
  5. Log out of both applications, and then log back into The Raiser's Edge.
