Blackbaud STRONGLY advises to make a backup of the division before implementing any division wide changes.  

ONCE CHANGED, THIS PROCESS CAN ONLY BE REVERSED THROUGH MANUAL ENTRY ON EACH INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYEE RECORD UNLESS A BACKUP IS MADE.

To update the salary amount on the payroll information tab:
  1. Go to Payroll/Personnel, Maintenance, Employee Data Item.
  2. Select the appropriate run option (To increase by percentage, use option 5). 
  3. Press Enter.
  4. Type in the salary data item (.S AMT). 
  5. Press Enter. 
  6. Type in the amount to increase by. 
  7. Press Enter
  8. On the item selection screen, press enter and choose the data item to sort by (if wanting all employees use .EMPLOYEE). 
  9. Select the first value and last value, pressing enter after each field (if wanting all employees just enter through the fields and they'll automatically populate with "**FIRST** and **LAST**". 
  10. Press Enter to Include. 
  11. Press Esc, E)nd, 0 to accept. 
  12. At "Do you want another report" press N)o. 
Your salary amount for the employees selected has been changed. You may view the report produced to verify your changes.
