No prompt for duplicate phone type when editing and saving constituents

Some organizations have noticed duplicate phone types on some constituent records. After editing and then saving these constituent records, users are not prompted that duplicate phone types exist.
Download and install the latest version and patch, if applicable. 
 
Alternative solution:
Download and run the de-duplicate phone types plug-in to correct duplicate phone types.
