1.  In Administration>select Globally Change Records.
2.  Start a new Student Change.
3.  Scroll down in the available fields and Expand Car Information.
4. Select all or one of the following fields to delete:
License plate number
5.  Double Click and open the field, choosing to "Add", then type in any value, such as "<No Value>"
6.  Check the box for Overwrite existing value.
7.  Add filters if needed and Preview. If everything looks good, then click Change Now.
8.  Go back to the General tab, and open each field that is being deleted under the "Apply Changes to these Fields" section
9.  Change the operation to say "Delete" instead of "Add" and type in the same text as before, such as "<No Value>"
10.  Preview, then process the changes by clicking on Change Now.
