Loading message in FAWeb and in NetClassroom when using Chrome or Safari and page does not load

I'm receiving a Loading message in my browser and nothing happens in FAWeb and NetClassroom. The browser just hangs. This occurs in Chrome and in Safari under these circumstances: 
  • When attempting to upload documents in FAWeb. I can't upload documents.
  • In NetClassroom when accessing student schedules, viewing assignments, or viewing grades.
  • When accessing FAWeb or NetClassroom on an iPad or iPhone. These devices use Safari as their default browsers.
Follow these steps on both the Faculty Access for the Web server and NetClassroom server:

If using a 32-bit server operating system:
  1. If User Account Control (UAC) is enabled, start Command prompt as an Administrator.  If User Account Control (UAC) is not enabled, then start a Command prompt.
  2. In the Command prompt, type C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_regbrowsers.exe /i and hit Enter.
If using a 64-bit server operating system:
  1. If User Account Control (UAC) is enabled, start Command prompt as an Administrator.  If User Account Control (UAC) is not enabled, then start a Command prompt.
  2. In the Command prompt, type C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\aspnet_regbrowsers.exe /i and hit Enter.
