Error: Your server connection may have been temporarily lost. You may need to click the refresh button or log in to the application again - when navigating in CRM

When users work in CRM, they may intermittently receive the error:

Your server connection may have been temporarily lost.  You may need to click the refresh button or log in to the application again. 

This originally manifested during wifi use, but later also when wired.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
