1. From Administration, click Code Tables
  2. Select the Ticketing Category, click Apply
  3. Click Discount Reason
  4. Click Add
  5. In the description field, enter the name of the discount or the discount code
  6. Click OK
  7. On the Daily Sales page, click Discounts and Promotions button
  8. In the discount drop down, select enter adjustable discount, select the Reason, click Save
Note: Ticket sellers do not (by default) have access to the adjustable discount.  This is reserved for the Guest Services Manager, Group Sales Coordinator, or Adjustable Discounts system roles.  See the user guide for more steps on assigning a user to a system role.
