Scheduled Reports: Our development team implements a process that prevents the scheduled reports from running until after the maintenance update has been completed. This way the maintenance does not interrupt a running report. If you have a really large report or a lot of reports scheduled to run on the same night there is a chance they won't all complete since the window to run scheduled reports has been shortened.
Auto Processing: The same process is in place as for scheduled reports. Auto processing transactions are managed after the application is restarted.
DIY and eCommerce: These pages can be viewed and submitted during application downtime. Those submissions are queued and officially processed after the application is back up and running.
Cart (eStore): The Cart cannot be viewed when the application is offline and therefore it cannot accept transactions.
Personal Fundraiser: Pages cannot be viewed when the application is offline and therefore it cannot accept transactions or registrations.
Scheduled Advanced Mass Emails: The partner that we use to send Advanced emails, Delivra, handles the job fully after it is scheduled through eTap so maintenance will not affect the job.
EDH Integration: The integration will run after the application is back online.
AddressFinder (NCOA), Social Media Finder, and Wealth Rating: The services will run after the application is back online.
