Non-admin users are unable to view export definitions when the security on the export definition is set to 'All sites'

CRM users may notice that they are unable to view export definitions, created under the Marketing and Communications functional area, that should be available to all users. This may occur if the site security on the export definition is set to 'All sites'.  

We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
