- Log out of The Raiser's Edge
- Navigate to the following location(s) depending on your operating system
- C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Components\11\ (32-bit operating systems)
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Components\11\ (64-bit operating systems)
- Register the OWC11.dll file.
- Log back into The Raiser's Edge and verify that the issue no longer occurs in Dashboard.
