Revenue receipt preference field unavailable as a query filter/output field

When adding a revenue transaction for a constituent, users have the option to specify a receipt preference for that gift.  Typically, this defaults to whatever the constituent has set for their Receipt mail preference in the Communications view for their record.  However, users have the option to change it on a per-transaction basis. 

In query, when filtering and outputting revenue information, there is a Receipt type field under the Mail preferences node.  However, this outputs the receipt preference for the constituent, not for specific revenue transactions.  There is currently no field available to use in query to see the specific receipt type defined on revenue transactions themselves.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
