Vehicle options duplicated in Major Giving Setup

In Major Giving Setup for the Prospects functional area, users see a list of standard planned gift vehicles on the Vehicle Options tab.  However, in some databases, the standard vehicles are all listed twice on this tab, even though each is only available once when setting up a planned gift.
