Editing the image size in a default logo or banner location:

You will need to open the image you plan on inserting in a photo editing program such as Paint or Photoshop.  There you will need to adjust the size of the image to meet the logo or banner location you are trying to insert the image into.  You cannot adjust the size of the image in eTapestry to meet the logo or banner size.  If your image does not meet the correct size, then the logo or banner location will scale the image accordingly.  When the system does this it can stretch the image to make it hard to view.  Here are steps for inserting an image into a preset location:

  1. Click the arrow next to Management in the menu bar
  2. Click DIY Forms in the Online Presence section
  3. Click on Edit next to the form you want to edit
  4. Hover over the THF logo or banner image location and it will tell you the size that the image needs to be
    • Banner location: 545 x 160 pixel (If using Style 1 or 3)
    • THF logo location: 100 x 100 pixels (If using Style 3)
  5. Click on the logo (or banner) image to open the Pick An Image window
  6. Click the Magnifying Glass icon at the end of the field to open the FCK Editor
  7. Click Browse at the bottom right hand section of the page
  8. Select the image you want from your computer
  9. Click the Open button to go back to the FCK Editor window
  10. Click Upload to upload the image to the FCK Editor
  11. Click on the image you want to use in the FCK Editor to be taken back to the Pick An Image window
  12. Click Update to insert the image
