Error: Form could not be moved to Deleted Forms because it is included on a Form Display part - when deleting form in NetCommunity

The following error may appear when attempting to delete an Online Admission (OLA), Online Reenrollment (ORE), or common form from within NetCommunity:
Form could not be moved to Deleted Forms because it is included on a Form Display part. To delete the form, you must remove it from the forms list on the part.

Forms are placed inside Form Display parts to be displayed on the site. If the Form Display part was deleted permanently before the form is deleted we may receive this error. The form will still act as if it is attached to a form display part even though the part has been removed.

The form has to be deleted from the Form Display part before you can delete that form.Removing the form from the Form Display does not allow you to save the part unless you replace it with another form. Deleting the Form Display part, both from the Parts Gallery and from the Delete Parts bin, does not allow you to delete the form in Forms.
This is resolved in the latest version of NetCommunity. If this behavior is persistent, please confirm you’re on the latest version of NetCommunity.
