Failure notifications are not sent when an email sent via Email Marketing/BBIS is not deliverable

When an email is sent via a direct marketing email in BBDM, users configure an email address to be notified if there are failures/undelivered emails.  However, when an email is not delivered, no failure notification is sent.  This occurs because currently, email marketing does not cause the appropriate flag to be set in BBIS - the message properties in BBIS show the value for "Undeliverable receipt" set to "No."  There is no way to change this setting. 

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
