When the Friends Asking Friends Connector fails to import into eTapestry the organization will receive the following message via email. The failure may occur due to the Kintera connect API terms and Conditions has not been accepted for your account.

Oops! Unfortunately an error occurred while importing your data from Friends Asking Friends that prevented us from completing your request. If you contact eTapestry Support and provide the following information we will try to assist you with your issue. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
To prevent the import from failing during the next sync the connection must be enabled in Sphere.
Before the integration with Friends Asking Friends and to prevent the import from failing during the next sync, the connection must be enabled in Sphere.
1. Log into Sphere.
2. From the Control menu, click Administration and then click Kintera Connect API.
3. Select I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions for Kintera Connect.
