Error: Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.BATCHIGNOREDUPLICATE' with unique index 'UIX_BATCHIGNOREDUPLICATE_BATCHID_ROWID_CONSTITUENTID' - when validating a batch

Organizations have the ability to configure constituent duplicate checking in batch.  Users are finding that when they receive the exception stating a constituent record in the batch may be a possible duplicate that they receive this error after checking the option to add the constituent as a new record when validating the batch:

Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.BATCHIGNOREDUPLICATE' with unique index 'UIX_BATCHIGNOREDUPLICATE_BATCHID_ROWID_CONSTITUENTID'. The duplicate key value is (GUID, GUID, <NULL>). The statement has been terminated.
