Steps to enable the Contact list option between Sphere and Raiser's Edge:

1. Login to Sphere
3. Go to Control > Administration > Connnector Sync
4. Go to the Admin tab
5. Under the Connector Sync Mode, Mark the checkbox for Contact list under the Sphere <- Connector column
6. Click Save

Note: You should be able to access the Sphere connector plugin and Export your queried contact lists from Raiser's Edge to Sphere.

If you still receive the error stating "Contact List option is currently disabled in Sphere", you should run the synchronization utilility through the connector and after completing that process, you should be able to Export your queried contact lists from Raiser's Edge. If that encounters an error, please check that the Login and Password in the Sphere Connector (Scheduler > Configuration > Sphere Connection) are up to date.
