Error: Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: An unknown error occurred while processing the request on the server. The status code returned from the server was: 12031 - when running the Revenue History report

When running the Revenue History report, users receive the errors below.  In the smart client, users receive both errors.  In Web Shell, the report returns a blank screen.

An error occurred within the report server database. This may be due to a connection failure, timeout or low disk condition within the database. (rsREportServerDaatabaseError)
For more information about this error navigate to the report server on the local server machine, or enable remote errors.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
