When running the Revenue History report, users receive the errors below. In the smart client, users receive both errors. In Web Shell, the report returns a blank screen.
Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: An unknown error occurred while processing the request on the server. The status code returned from the server was: 12031
An error occurred within the report server database. This may be due to a connection failure, timeout or low disk condition within the database. (rsREportServerDaatabaseError)
