Event registration payments from BBIS do not show an appeal on the Edit payment form in CRM

When an event is created in CRM with an appeal the appeal is linked to the event registration revenue and the event.  If the event is then linked to BBIS users can register and pay their registration fees online.  Once the revenue has come in to CRM from BBIS the revenue record shows an appeal, but the appeal does not show on the Edit payment form of the revenue.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
