1. If you are not a site administrator, please get with an administrator to try the steps below or refer to this Knowledgebase article. 
2. If you are a site administrator, please log into Blackbaud Hosting Services and open the user administration icon where the affected user is setup. 
3. Double-click to open the user account, and navigate to the Member of tab.
4. Is the user a member of both the admin and user group for the same product (ex: REUser and REAdmin)? If so, choose one and Delete the other. (Note: the admin group is all access associated with the user account, plus the administration icon).  
5. Have the user log in again.
6. Have the user log onto a different machine to determine if the issue may be the Citrix Receiver installed on the user's machine. If the user only receives this message on their machine, uninstall and reinstall the Citrix Receiver
