Use the Mail Merge Helper from Word 2000:



  1. Open Word 2002\XP
  2. Right-click on any Toolbar and select Customize
  3. Position/Move the Customize window so that you can view the end of the toolbars on the main page.
  4. Select the Commands tab.
  5. On the left, in the Categories frame, highlight the option "All Commands"
  6. On the right, in the Commands frame, highlight the option "Mail Merge Helper"
  7. Drag and drop Mail Merge Helper to the location on the desired Toolbar on the main page.
