Error: 'The operation has timed out.' when a non-admin attempts to view the Revenue History tab of a constituent record

When a non-administrator who has a system role with all feature permissions granted attempts to view the Revenue History tab of a constituent record, a user may receive 'Error:  The operation has timed out'.   This occurs in both WebShell and ClickOnce.

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
