The student has more than one address marked as Primary on their Addresses tab. Only one address should be marked Primary on the Addresses tab.

1. In Records, Students/Applicants/Individuals/Faculty/Staff/Organizations, open the affected record.
2. Click on the Addresses tab.
3. If more than one address is marked Primary, add a new "test" address, click OK.
4. Mark the Primary box by the test address. This will unmark the Primary box for the other two addresses.
5. Mark the correct address as Primary and delete any unwanted addresses.
