This can be done by creating a group from the Hard Bounce report results and then creating a query of the report results group and the audience group.

First, run the report by doing the following:
  1. Go to Email -> Email Campaigns. 
  2. Find the Campaign and click Manage. 
  3. Click the Reports tab. 
  4. From the drop-down choose Hard Bounce Report. 
  5. Click Go. 
  6. Choose the message or messages you want Hard Bounce information from and click Add >> to select them. 
  7. Click Next. 
  8. Enter a label. 
  9. Click Submit Report.
Once you have the report results, click Add results to group, then create a Query by doing the following:
  1. Go to Data Management -> Query.
  2. Click Create a new Query.
  3. Add a Name and Description for the Query.
  4. Click Save.
  5. On the Query Builder tab, click Add Group Clause.
  6. Choose "a member of all of" from the drop-down and select the report results group and the audience group.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Click Run Query.

From there, you should have your results which you can save to a group and mail merge if you need them exported.
