Appeal and source code do not remain grayed out in batch when using finder numbers

After entering a finder number in an enhanced revenue batch using one click (smart client) then closing and reopening the batch, the fields appeal and source code become available for editing. These fields should remain grayed out.

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
